The Full Story
Like many people, I didn’t have the easiest start in life. My early years were filled with challenges — growing up around addiction and instability — but those experiences shaped my drive to create a better future.
At 25, I made the life-changing decision to join the Army. Getting in took hard work, discipline, and a major fitness overhaul, but it set the foundation for everything that came after. I served as a radio operator and was posted to Toowoomba, where I still live today.

After leaving the Army in 2015 and going through a divorce, I struggled with drinking and lost my way for a while. Eventually, I hit a point where I knew something had to change. I committed to my mental and physical health, training every single day for seven months straight — dropping from 95kg to 68kg and rediscovering my purpose.
That journey reignited my passion for fitness and helping others. I became a qualified personal trainer, earning my Certificates III and IV in Fitness while raising two boys as a single dad. In 2020, I met my now-wife — the person who completed my world — and we were married in 2022.

Since then, I’ve spent over three years training clients, helping hundreds of people achieve goals they once thought impossible. Always eager to grow, I’ve completed my Certificate IV in Nutrition and am now studying for my Diploma of Remedial Massage.
Fitness changed my life — now I help others change theirs.
